The service departments have an open visible booking system that allows clients to select pre bookings. Managed by experienced service reception staff, we will attend to your every need and ensure that your experience meets the Courtesy Ford commitment to service and workmanship without parallel.
Be prepared to spend at least 15 minutes with our service department reception staff as they work through, discuss and fully understand your needs and expectations.

Customer Care Leaving your car somewhere can be a pain. Courtesy Ford provides a furnished customer service lounge including tea, coffee, cool water, and magazines. We will provide return transport to your home, office or the nearby shopping centers whilst we complete your service.
Customer After Service Care Within days of your service, you will be contacted by Courtesy Ford to ensure that your complete satisfaction with our work.

When you have a Ford with sat-nav we can help you stay on track with map updates included with every scheduled service.2 *Only available on SYNC2 models when software updates are available.
Extended Roadside Assistance
Assistance even after your new car's standard Roadside Assistance ends. Keep servicing with us and receive Extended Roadside Assistance with your scheduled service. No matter how old, or how many kilometers it has done.3
Vehicle Report Card
Bring your Ford in for a service and we will complete a vehicle report card with a straight-forward indication of what was looked at, and what might need to be looked at in the future.
